  The nose opens with lifted citrus and tropical tones—zesty limeand grapefruitinterwoven with pineapple and ripe pear. As it evolves, more delicate orchard and stone fruit emerge of white peach, accented by a subtle lift of lemongrass. There’s a faint flinty/mineral nuance beneath the fruit, hinting at structure and site expression.

Crisp and energetic on entry, driven by bright acidity. The citrus spectrum—lime and grapefruit—forms the spine, while mid-palate richness brings in pear nectar, white peach, and a touch of pineapple flesh. The texture is clean but not austere, balancing freshness with a lightly rounded mouthfeel.

The finish is focused, tapering into a distinct mineral edge—suggestive of wet stone or crushed shell—paired with a faint echo of lemongrass.
